I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, as well as an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor. While I have a wide array of experience working with varying populations, I specialize in treating men’s issues including anxiety and depression, as well as issues around self-esteem and identity. In addition, I also work with couples, and I am highly specialized in communication and relationship issues.
I received my Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Arizona, and my Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University. I completed my traineeship at Jewish Family and Children’s Services of Long Beach and West Orange County, where I had the experience of treating individuals, couples, and children. I have worked extensively with anxiety and depressive disorders, trauma related-issues, boundary work, and communication/interpersonal relationship difficulties. Additionally, I have experience working with adolescents in residential treatment centers and community mental health settings.
I believe that everyone can benefit from the experience of therapy, and I strive to provide a compassionate space for people to learn, grow, and heal so they can live authentic, fulfilling lives. I look forward to helping you in a collaborative nature, while supporting you in reaching your goals.
