“I believe one of the bravest things you can do is begin to understand your own story.” Many of my clients are creative people who engage with the world in a creative and exploratory way but suffer from feeling stuck, self-esteem issues, anxiety, depression, or a history of adverse childhood experiences. Together, we can identify your internal strengths and form a path to healing. My approach blends person-centered, narrative, therapeutic art, mindfulness, cognitive behavior therapy, and dialectical behavior therapy to meet your individual needs and goals for therapy.
My practice focuses on supporting clients with anxiety, depression, family dynamics, relationship issues, life stressors, and building inner self-confidence. It is important to me as your therapist to use an anti-oppression and anti-racism lens supporting clients through a multicultural lens that is affirming to LGBTQIA and BIPOC clients.
I provide therapy to adolescents and adults that are working on building self-esteem and coping skills to minimize stressors in their life. You are valuable and deserve to take time for yourself to identify what your goals, needs, and coping skills are in a welcoming environment.
